To keep your Ombrello umbrella in top condition, follow these simple tips:

After use, gently shake off any excess water before leaving the umbrella open to air-dry completely. This helps prevent mould and odours.

Avoid forcing the umbrella open or closed. Use the opening mechanism gently to extend its lifespan.
3. Store Properly:
Keep your umbrella in its protective case and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
4. Clean Gently:
If needed, wipe the fabric with a damp cloth or microfibre towel. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing to maintain the fabric’s quality.

However, if your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make changes. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the delivery carrier directly for further assistance.
